About Us

Jamul Tuna Club is a group of San Diego anglers who want to share the sport with people who might not otherwise get the chance.

Our mission is to help youth groups, military veterans, and elderly people in the San Diego area get into, or back into, fishing, by providing fishing tackle and equipment acquired through donations and discounted purchases, and by conducting educational fishing outings and instruction.

Youth

We work with youth groups to introduce young anglers to fishing: safety on the water, knots, casting, and respect for the ocean, with tackle provided.

We help military veterans get back on the water through outings, instruction, and donated equipment.
